Environmental Problems In The World

The majority of the people thinks that we can't do anything to make the world better, in the sense of looking the way of cleaning it. The global contamination and the climate change are things that are not taken into account but they are very important. The Earth is seriously contaminated and we have to do something to help it.

There are many types of associations to collaborate with them in that fight: for example Greenpeace, WWF (World Wide Fund for Nature), ANSE(Association of Naturalists of the South-East)... These associations mobilize groups of persons to fight against different types of pollution or environmental abuses, they focuses its campaigning on world wide issues such as global warming, deforestation, overfishing, commercial whaling and anti-nuclear issues.Greenpeace (wikipedia)

The Greenpeace organization says in their own web page "Greenpeace exists because this fragile earth deserves a voice. It needs solutions. It needs change. It needs action. Greenpeace is an independent global campaigning organisation that acts to change attitudes and behaviour, to protect and conserve the environment and to promote peace by: Catalysing an energy revolution, defending our oceans, protecting the world's ancient forests, working for disarmament and peace, creating a toxic free future campaigning for sustainable agriculture".greenpeace.org
World Wide Fund for Nature says "WWF is working to reduce humanity's ecological footprint - the amount of land and natural resources needed to supply our food, water, fibre and timber, and to absorb our CO2 emissions." WWF.panda.org

So, we can take part in some of these acts and we can also collaborate at home doing simple things like saving water, recycling the garbage... I think that we have many ways for save the world, so we have to think about and do something.
